YDNV Launches WannaCaucus.com
 

LAS VEGAS - The Young Democrats of Nevada (YDNV) is proud to announce the launch of WannaCaucus.com, a one-stop shop for youth-oriented information regarding the “First in the West” Democratic Presidential Caucus in Nevada. The site aims to educate young voters about what the caucus is, how it works and how they can participate.

"This is our generation's opportunity to change the world," said Jason Fromoltz, the President of the Young Democrats of Nevada. "It is of the utmost importance that we ensure that every young voter in the state knows about and is able to take advantage of this historic event. WannaCaucus.com is just one tool to help us achieve that goal." 

The launch of the website is part of a state-wide campaign plan, “Wanna Caucus,” which officially kicked off in September of 2007. YDNV has also helped organize over 25 mock caucuses at high schools and colleges around the state and has aggressively reached out to young voters at community events and through social networking websites such as Facebook and Myspace.
